We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Managed Services team.
The role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and enhancements to our Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
responsibilities :
Collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to deliver technical support and improvements to Salesforce applications.
Executing daily Application Management Services (AMS) tasks such as incident resolution, small-scale development, configuration changes, and performance tuning.
Supporting platform upgrades related to Salesforce Major Releases through analysis, development, and configuration adaptations.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
Mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Proactively identifying opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance Salesforce ecosystem efficiency and functionality.
requirements-expected :
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components with the ability to develop efficient and scalable code.
Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including advanced expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong skills in advanced Salesforce data modeling, data management, and implementation of security best practices.
Experience in designing and managing Salesforce integrations, with a solid understanding of integration patterns and platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce Industries, preferably Public Sector Solutions, and expertise with OmniStudio toolset components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices for Salesforce, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
Experience in using Salesforce monitoring and debugging tools to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.
Proven track record in managed services or IT support projects within an international environment.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
