Your tasks
- Business needs analysis and solution design based on the Salesforce platform
- Configuration, optimization and development of Salesforce instances
- Conducting meetings with customers, creating solution concepts, preparing and presenting demos
- Participating in presales activities - supporting the sales team, preparing presentations and participating in bid meetings
- Preparing and conducting trainings for end users and internal teams
- Creating project documentation and supporting the implementation team in the implementation of solutions
- Cooperation with developers, analysts and Project Managers at every stage of the project
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an independent Salesforce consultant role and hands-on experience in conducting analysis, meetings, presentations and training sessions
- Proficiency in at least two of the areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Ability to combine system knowledge with an understanding of business processes and customer needs
- Experience in creating quotes and technical assumptions for implementation and development projects
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and gaps in implementations and implementing effective solutions
- High communication culture and willingness to work in a diverse project environment (clients, team, partners)
- Self-reliance, initiative, willingness to share knowledge and English language skills to communicate freely
- Fluency in Polish language required
- Residence in Poland required
