Senior Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Business needs analysis and solution design based on the Salesforce platform
• Configuration, optimization and development of Salesforce instances
• Conducting meetings with customers, creating solution concepts, and presenting demos
• Participating in presales activities – supporting the sales team, preparing presentations, and attending bid meetings
• Preparing and conducting trainings for end users and internal teams
• Creating project documentation and supporting the implementation team in solution delivery
• Cooperating with developers, analysts, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an independent Salesforce consultant with hands‑on analysis, meeting, presentation, and training expertise
• Proficiency in at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Ability to combine system knowledge with an understanding of business processes and customer needs
• Experience creating quotes and technical assumptions for implementation and development projects
• Proactive approach to identifying implementation gaps and delivering effective solutions
• High communication culture and willingness to work in diverse project environments (clients, team, partners)
• Self‑reliance, initiative, willingness to share knowledge, and English communication skills
• Fluency in Polish required
• Residence in Poland required
