Job Description:

• As a Senior Salesforce Business Consultant , you will build relationships with clients, deeply understand client’s organization, business model, and strategy, strengths and pain points.
• You will guide, challenge, and inspire client solutions based on Salesforce products, facilitating workshops, leading business requirements discovery and analysis, supporting estimation and prioritization, proposing improvements and automation through native Salesforce features and customizations.
• You will drive functional project delivery from the functional perspective, ensuring continuous alignment and transparency between the client and the delivery teams.
• A Senior Salesforce Business Consultant will present project progress and results, promote a value-driven and data-driven approach, analyze, present, and monitor business outcomes using metrics.
• You will be engaged in pre-sales activities, leading offer submissions and RFP responses, partnering with Salesforce account executives and sales engineers to optimize the solutions.
• Salesforce configuration if you’re into hands-on project delivery tasks.

• Successfully completed university degree in business, economics, marketing, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or comparable courses.
• Practical familiarity with Salesforce products and a solid understanding of their business value.
• You have proven experience in extensive consulting and delivery earned on a number of Salesforce implementations.
• You have a positive, pro-active and outgoing attitude backed by highly developed interpersonal skills which allow you to interact with a diverse audience from business stakeholders to technical architects and developers.
• Salesforce certificates are not a must-have but will definitely prove your engagement.
• You have experience with Design Thinking tools and techniques which will be beneficial.
• Team management skills and experience will be an additional asset.
• Fluent English is a must, German will be a great bonus.
• Availability to work in a remote/hybrid mode. Remote workers are invited to the office a few times every year.
