Capgeminis Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs. Our development teams are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using the newest technologies. YOUR TASKS

• creating and developing business applications based on the customer demands;
• collecting and describing customers functionality needs, defining visions and concepts concerning future systems and writing the documentation;
• checking the compatibility of the created systems in terms of business demands;
• configuring objects, authorizations, workflows and creating personalized reports and dashboard.

YOUR PROFILE

• skills in Salesforce and Salesforce configurations (certificates would be a great advantage) or experience in the role of a Business Analyst;
• at least 5 years of experience in creating IT systems and working with CRM/ERP class systems;
• experience in keeping direct business customer relationships, ease of establishing new contacts;
• good command of English.
