For our Client, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join a dynamic project team consisting of 20–25 members, including developers, consultants, business analysts, and QA professionals. The team follows Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe), with structured sprints, regular demos, and retrospectives. As the key technical authority, you will play a central role in guiding the architecture and delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and technical best practices.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership roles, with proven experience as a Technical Architect, Integration Consultant, or Senior Developer in mid to large-scale enterprise environments.
Salesforce Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture, including data model design, Lightning development, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Integration Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica) and REST/SOAP-based services.
Certifications (preferred):
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant domain certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Architectural Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end design of complex Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications built on the Salesforce Platform.
Solution Design:
Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that incorporate Salesforce best practices, scalable data models, and maintainable code.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to gather and analyze both functional and non-functional requirements.
Integration Strategy:
Define and implement integration patterns with external systems using APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and other enterprise integration tools.
Governance & Best Practices:
Establish technical governance, development standards, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and maintainability across all solutions.
Team Guidance:
Mentor developers and junior architects, support development teams through code reviews, and provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation:
Produce detailed architectural documentation, including high-level design (HLD), technical specifications, and solution blueprints.
