Manage the complete sales lifecycle (Inquiry to Order) for wind turbine supply, turnkey solutions, and service contracts
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, risk analysis, contract terms, and margin protection
Develop and implement sales strategy for Region East
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, utilities, and governmental bodies
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance, project management, service) to align proposals with technical and commercial requirements
Monitor and analyse regional market developments, regulatory frameworks, competitor activity, and emerging trends
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports using CRM and analytical tools
Contribute to internal process optimization and mentor junior team members
Represent the company at industry events, tenders, and client presentations
Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution and service teams and provide feedback on lessons learned
