We are a software development company based in Wrocław. Our team of 130+ professionals has delivered over 390 custom web and mobile solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Growth Team and take ownership of our Inbound Sales process – from initial contact to contract signing – while ensuring the highest quality of project definition before delivery starts.

Responsibilities

  • Active consultative selling and lead conversion (80%)
  • Project scoping, estimation coordination, and project management (20%)
  • Full responsibility for the sales cycle of warm inbound leads
  • Conduct deep discovery calls to identify potential clients business challenges and advise on optimal IT solutions
  • Develop and present compelling technical and business proposals
  • Negotiate terms of cooperation and successfully close new software development contracts
  • Accurately and proactively manage the sales pipeline, tracking activity within the CRM system
  • Organize and lead discovery meetings to gather and prioritize business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure accurate estimates and realistic timelines
  • Manage sold projects during the first weeks before handing over to the PM team
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Delivery Project Manager with complete context and documentation
  • Experience in B2B IT services sales (Software House, IT Consultancy)
  • Proven track record in converting leads and closing deals
  • Solid background in web and mobile product development with practical software expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Polish and English (min. C1)
  • Goal‑oriented, highly proactive, and self‑driven approach to work
  • Fully remote work or hybrid model from Wrocław office

Salary

15 000 – 18 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B only)
