Senior Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and profitability in both existing and new target regions (US/EU/MENA).
  • Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Handle large deals (avg. 50K–500K+ EUR), including preparing customized proposals, demonstrating Odoo’s capabilities, and coordinating pricing models (T&M, Fixed-Price).
  • Engage with C-level executives and business owners to identify needs, showcase value, and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Refine the sales funnel, forecast accurately, and report on key KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation, and share insights with Product/Technical teams to continuously improve Odoo-based offerings.

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience selling or implementing Odoo solutions or other ERP systems, with demonstrable success in IT/ERP sales.
  • Track record of navigating long sales cycles and closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
  • Capable of conducting negotiations, presentations, and discussions in English. Additional languages (Polish, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Practical experience with consultative frameworks (SPIN, BANT, Challenger Sale) for complex solution-selling.
  • Familiarity with core ERP domains (CRM, Inventory, Accounting, eCommerce, Manufacturing) and how Odoo addresses client pain points.
  • Able to plan effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.h
