Senior Sales Manager at Foreign Personnel Service

Location: Poznań

Currently, we are looking for individuals interested in the position of:

SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Industry: Energy

Workplace: Poland (remote work)

Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiating commercial contracts in the Polish market, including securing and converting sales leads, and being responsible for development and designated goals.
  2. Managing the sales department and business development (business contacts with public utility companies, municipalities, social associations, etc.).
  3. Assessing business justifications and supporting the sales process.
  4. Nurturing and developing relationships with key business partners, collaborating with Sales Managers, representatives of the companys portfolio companies, and the team responsible for business development in other Central and Eastern European countries.
  5. Actively participating and implementing innovative solutions for various industries in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe in strategic initiatives, including creating, developing, and implementing new projects in the context of the European Green Deal.
  6. Business trips – Kraków / Poland / Central Eastern Europe.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of the energy industry and energy-intensive industries.
  2. Experience in sales and business development.
  3. Experience in building and managing a team.
  4. Knowledge of Polish and European energy policies.
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. Experience in dealing with key business partners.
  7. Knowledge of business practices of players from energy-intensive industries.
  8. Analytical skills, openness, and dynamism.
  9. Willingness to travel for business.
  10. Ability to work in a distributed team.
