Responsibilities
- 80%: Active consultative selling and lead conversion
- 20%: Project scoping, estimation coordination, and project management
- Inbound Sales Focus: Full responsibility for the sales cycle of warm inbound leads
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery calls to identify potential clients’ business challenges and advise on optimal IT solutions
- Proposal Creation: Develop and present compelling technical and business proposals
- Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and successfully close new software development contracts
- Pipeline Maintenance: Accurately and proactively manage the sales pipeline and activity tracking within the CRM system
- Discovery and Scoping: Organize and lead discovery meetings to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Estimation Coordination: Collaborate closely with Technical Leads, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure an accurate, realistic technical estimate and timeline
- Project Management: Manage sold projects during the first weeks before handover to the PM team
- Seamless Handoff: Ensure the Delivery Project Manager receives complete context, documentation, and scope definition for smooth project management
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B IT services sales (Software House, IT Consultancy)
- Proven track record in converting leads and closing deals
- Practical software expertise – solid background in web and mobile product development and insight into application operation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Polish and English (min. C1)
- Goal-oriented, highly proactive, and self-driven approach to work
- Fully remote work or a hybrid model from our office in Wrocław
