As we continue to grow, we are recruiting a Senior Sales Director CEE to play a central role in our next stage of growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Support the development & execution of the CEE plan for both Shark & Ninja that deliver against business objectives including customer/product mix, market share, forecasting, gross/net sales, gross margin in £ and % and EBITDA.
- Identify and plan differentiated sales strategies including distribution, implementation of retail marketing strategies, and defining how we win with new and existing products/categories.
- Work within agreed promotional plans to ensure sales & margin targets are met, suggesting actions to drive market share where necessary.
- Build and execute customer Joint Business Plans (JBP) in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing sales team.
- Help define an omni-channel strategy for the region.
- Roll out marketing activation across all retail channels while complying with the SharkNinja Selective Distribution Agreement and Brand Standards.
- Develop D2C and Amazon channels with central teams to increase visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Director to execute plans across the full marketing stack (product, price, place, promotion).
- Coordinate with central operations to transition the region to a direct entity as appropriate.
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies, devising counter-strategies with Marketing.
- Support the EMEAD Managing Director with daily, weekly & monthly trading rhythm of the business.
Attributes & Skills (Requirements)
- Competitive, winning mentality.
- 12+ years of related leadership experience in the CEE region.
- Experience within the consumer electronics / consumer goods industry.
- Understanding and experience with distributor models within the CEE region.
- Team player with flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a global environment and understand structures, roles and responsibilities.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional people manager and coach with a track record of delivering results.
- P&L ownership with strong negotiation skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actions from data.
- Attention to detail.
Note: This position will be hired and employed through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR). SharkNinja will handle day-to-day work, supervision, and performance management, while the EOR handles legal and administrative aspects (payroll, benefits, compliance).
