Our client is a leading international manufacturer in the commercial vehicles and transportation solutions sector, recognized for innovation, reliability, and customer-centric service. To strengthen its position in the Polish market, the company is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Director (B2B) to lead the national sales organization based in Kraków.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and performance for the truck division in Poland, managing a team of regional sales managers and key account executives. The position carries full P&L responsibility for the sales department and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and profitability within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Polish market in alignment with the Eastern Europe business objectives.
- Manage the full P&L of the Polish sales organization, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Develop strong relationships with key fleet customers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee major contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, aftersales, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer experience and operational excellence.
- Report directly to the Managing Director Eastern Europe, providing regular performance analyses and forecasts.
Profile Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales leadership within the automotive, truck, or industrial vehicle sector.
- Proven track record in managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious commercial targets.
- Solid experience with P&L management and strategic business planning.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kraków, Poland.
