Senior Sales Desk Representative with German

Join our growing Sales Desk team at Infor. As a Senior Sales Desk Representative you will bridge operations and sales, driving campaign execution, lead qualification, and end‑to‑end deal management. You’ll help shape the Sales Desk into a strategic, customer‑facing function.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead execution of Services campaigns, including email outreach and customer engagement.
  • Prepare and validate target lists, campaign materials, and pre‑work for readiness.
  • Perform lead pre‑qualification and discovery to assess customer needs, fit, and timeline.
  • Manage proactive outbound activities to create pipeline and foster customer engagement.
  • Track data accurately and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Handle smaller deals end‑to‑end: opportunity creation, data collection, contract prep, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Operations, Services Delivery, Sales, Legal, RMO, Finance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide timely, high‑quality responses to inbound requests and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor lead‑to‑opportunity conversion rates and provide consistent feedback to Sales.
  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
  • Contribute to best‑practice documentation, training materials, and enablement programs.
  • Promote teamwork, ownership, and accountability within the Sales Desk team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience in a Sales Desk, Sales Operations, or Inside Sales role.
  • Proven track record in campaign execution, lead generation, and qualification.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and outreach tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, accurate CRM data.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset focused on quality, responsiveness, and results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mentoring or training experience with teammates.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and campaign management processes.
  • Track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel or reporting skills for pipeline monitoring.
  • Experience in a global or regional sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.
