Administrative & Process Execution
- Manage the shared mailbox and respond to sales inquiries across Europe
- Execute defined procedures and workflows within established deadlines
- Monitor and update migration‑related tasks (iAction, iSell, postponements)
Problem-Solving & Quality Assurance
- Identify process discrepancies and assess them against internal guidelines
- Escalate complex issues and support corrective actions
- Document insights and contribute to continuous improvement
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate with Sales teams and the ACE project team to share and gather information
- Support creation of job aids, guides, and training materials
- Provide clarity on workflows and help refine processes when needed
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data and records in required systems
- Support reporting activities and track migration progress
- Escalate any detected non‑compliance immediately
