Role Overview
As a key leadership figure, you will shape our market entry strategy and lead and develop the Sales and Marketing organisation in Poland. This senior role combines strategic commercial and marketing leadership with sales execution, supporting distribution, product launches, market penetration, tender participation and pharmacy chain management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national marketing and sales strategies that drive prescription growth and market share across key therapeutic areas.
- Design and implement a robust national distribution strategy across wholesale, retail, and hospital channels.
- Build, lead, and empower a high‑performing field sales team with clear performance metrics, strong regional leadership, and continuous capability development.
- Lead strategic launch planning and commercialization for CNS medications and other portfolios.
- Monitor and drive commercial performance through structured KPI reviews, in‑depth analytics, and proactive coaching.
- Manage the marketing and sales budget with financial discipline and agility.
- Act as a strategic business leader, providing market intelligence, competitor insights, and commercial recommendations that influence portfolio strategy, pricing, and investment decisions.
Candidate Profile
- University degree, MSc or MD, or MBA in business/marketing.
- Proven experience (min. 7–10 years) in sales and marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry in the RX segment.
- Previous experience in CNS (psychiatry), dermatology, and hospital medicines is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent team leadership and managerial capabilities, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative culture.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic marketing expertise (brand planning, multichannel campaigns, congresses).
- Robust analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and a results‑oriented mindset.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Managing Director, InfectoPharm Polska.
Location
Warsaw‑based with hybrid working arrangement (option for 1–2 work‑from‑home days weekly).
