Has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
Knows their way around both SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud hosting providers (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, Heroku)
Checks their code with unit and integration tests (e.g. RSpec)
Equipped with real-world GIT experience
Comfortable with the UNIX/Linux command line
Working knowledge of creating and maintaining infrastructure using terraform
Create and maintain CI and deployment pipelines using Github Actions
Has experience with Docker
Communicates effectively in both spoken and written English
