Our client is a global leader in animal health, operating a modern finance hub in Warsaw. The Record to Report team supports multiple international entities and delivers accurate and compliant financial reporting across regions. The environment emphasizes ownership of financial processes, cross functional collaboration and continuous improvement within a growing Center of Excellence.
Currently we are looking for two Senior RTR Accountants who will support financial operations for EMEA and LATAM regions.
Responsibilities
• Own and execute month end close activities for assigned entities within the EMEA or LATAM region.
• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances or unusual balances.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and provide analysis of financial results and fluctuations.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure transactions are properly reflected in financial statements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX related requirements.
• Contribute to improvements of RTR processes within a growing global finance hub.
For the LATAM scope, during the first three days of the month end closing cycle the role includes shift working hours (14:00–22:00). This period can be performed remotely.
Requirements
• Experience in RTR / General Accounting within an international environment (SSC/BPO preferred).
• Strong understanding of month end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Practical knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset, ownership and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English at minimum B2+ level.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or progress towards them are considered an advantage.
