Senior RTR & Treasury Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage banking, treasury, and cash pooling activities, ensuring compliance with risk management strategies.
• Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support intercompany settlements and transactions.
• Independently handle daily, monthly, and ad-hoc financial tasks.
• Assist with audits, maintain process documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Lead and support treasury-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in GL/RTR process.
• In-depth knowledge of treasury management systems and banking/treasury processes.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, cash pooling, and hedging risk management strategies.
• Proficiency in SAP Finance and reconciliation tools (e.g., Blackline).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent task and time management with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-driven, and improvement-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken.
