responsibilities :
Developing and maintaining applications using RPG400/IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, and ILE
Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions in the banking domain
Collaborating with teams to expose and consume web services, JSON, and REST APIs
Utilizing DevOps tools and techniques, including Jenkins, Sonar, and CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshooting and resolving critical issues promptly and efficiently
Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to an agile development environment
Supporting change management processes and tools to ensure seamless transitions
Documenting and sharing technical designs and solutions with the team
Reviewing peer code and implementing feedback for continuous improvement
Monitoring and supporting production systems to maintain reliability
requirements-expected :
6+ years of hands-on experience with RPG (ILE/FREE) and related technologies
Recent expertise in RPG using Procedures, Service Programs, and Functions
Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD practices
Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems
Advanced communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with exposing and consuming web services such as REST APIs
Capability to support and deploy production-ready systems
Proficiency with tools like Jenkins, Sonar, and RDI for development workflows
A collaborative and flexible mindset in high-pressure situations
