With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.Join us as a **Risk Governance Analyst!****Enterprise Risk Management team** for you as a **Risk Governance Analyst!**We are looking for an experienced data analyst who is comfortable testing and assessing IT controls, working through the constantly evolving field of risk governance, able to work with internal/external technology auditors to join our Cyber & Technology Risk Management team.In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating IT General Controls (ITGCs), as well as application, cybersecurity, systems, and automated controls across key technology processes and systems. You will have the opportunity to dive into the complex data sets that test and evidence the effectiveness of our control environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that IT controls are effectively designed and operating in alignment with regulatory, compliance, and internal governance requirements.**Key responsibilities**:**Control Testing*** Execute IT control assurance testing and monitoring activities across infrastructure, applications, databases, and cloud environments.* Assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT General Controls (e.g., access management, change management, backup and recovery, system operations).* Perform control walkthroughs with control owners to understand processes and identify risks or gaps.* Document testing results, findings, and remediation plans in accordance with internal audit and compliance standards.* Collaborate with IT and business teams to support remediation efforts for control deficiencies.* Support SOC 1 (ITGC), SOC 2, and other compliance initiatives by ensuring timely testing and documentation.* Identify opportunities for process improvement and control automation.* Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.* Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Control Assurance Monitoring Program (CAMP) framework and methodologies.**Policy and Compliance*** Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NYDFS, DORA, CSSF, and industry standards including CRI, COBIT, NIST, CIS, SOC 1 (ITGC), and SOC 2 related to technology risk management.* Partner with the Technology Risk Managers/Officers to regularly review and refresh technology standards and procedures to maintain alignment with industry best practices.**Qualifications include**:* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or related field.* 3 to 5 years of experience in IT control testing, IT audit, risk governance, or compliance.* Strong understanding of SOC 1 (ITGC), SOC 2, application controls, and related frameworks such as CRI, COBIT, NIST, or ISO 27001.* Ability to interpret and test controls against compliance and governance frameworks.* Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and their control requirements are a plus.* Experience with a ‘Big Four’ Accounting Firm is a plus* Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CIA are desirable but not required.**Key Competencies:*** Attention-to-detail and strong analytical mindset.* Ability to manage multiple testing engagements and priorities.* Strong understanding of IT risk and control principles.* Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Self-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.**What we offer:*** ### To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance* ### Task based working system* ### Contracts for an indefinite period, from day one* ### Private medical care* ### Life Insurance* ### Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
