Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compensation benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary structure reviews using global survey data.
  • Coordinate annual compensation cycles including system readiness, budgeting, data validation, and outcome reporting.
  • Support local and global compliance topics such as pay equity analysis, minimum wage tracking, and audit readiness.
  • Act as a liaison between Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Operations to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Prepare guidance materials and communication decks for HR and business stakeholders during compensation planning cycles.
  • Provide ongoing support for grading requests, new role assessments, and internal mobility reviews.

Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in rewards or HR operations, with a focus on compensation within a global organizational context.
  • Strong track record in managing job architecture frameworks, implementing pay equity practices, and overseeing external compensation audits.
  • Familiarity with working alongside works councils and other external regulatory bodies influencing compensation structures and policies.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of rewards and compensation principles, processes, and systems.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise in handling data management, reporting, and analytics for rewards-related activities.
  • Experience with Mercer and Towers Watson compensation structures is a must.

Soft Skills

  • Lateral Leadership is a must + experience with managing teams in a global matrix structure.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse geographies.
