Become part of our great team. You will be part of the Group HR and join the Performance, Reward & Mobility Team, working closely with 4 team members and collaborating extensively with the rest of the HR organization to ensure a common view on how we structure employees, jobs, and reward statistics.
‘Can‑do’ attitude with a data driven mindset. Ideally, you have experience from working with building job pay structures, conducting salary regulation, and implementing job classifications in an international business. You bring a lot of commitment and have the skills and patience to make our pay practices understood.
You will get a manager who encourages development, new learning and support employees who have ambitions. We are a global organization with many locations within the EU and you must therefore expect around 10–20 travel days per year.
