Senior Reward Specialist (Kraków, PL, 31-155) – Danish Crown Global Business Services

Are you at your best when you work with data to create transparency and understanding? Are you motivated by structuring employees, jobs, and reward statistics – to ensure a fair treatment of all employees in the Danish Crown Group? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for at our office in Krakow.

Become part of our great team. You will be part of the Group HR and join the Performance, Reward & Mobility Team, working closely with 4 team members and collaborating extensively with the rest of the HR organization to ensure a common view on how we structure employees, jobs, and reward statistics.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the development of yearly pay structures to satisfy the needs of the business – ensure that these pay structures are trusted, accepted, and used as the primary source for pay positioning.
  • Train the HR organisation and the business in pay positioning.
  • Prepare material for the approval of the salary regulation process and implement the decisions as the salary regulation process.
  • Ensure that we participate in Mercer surveys in accordance with our membership agreement.
  • Analyse the salary regulation data to provide guidance to the decision makers regarding base pay to ensure fair pay – especially regarding statutory requirements and company commitments such as equal pay between the sexes.
  • Act as back up on our Performance and Development Dialogue process (PDP), which is handled in SuccessFactors – and participate in the STI settlement process in October to December.
  • Support the building of a performance culture by promoting merit-based salary regulations and the promotion of performance management dialogues with goals and feedback.
  • Provide considered guidance to and project management of other HR employees supporting the tasks within your area of responsibility.
  • Run job classification projects within designated areas.
  • Support with other Performance, Reward and Mobility tasks when needed.

‘Can‑do’ attitude with a data driven mindset. Ideally, you have experience from working with building job pay structures, conducting salary regulation, and implementing job classifications in an international business. You bring a lot of commitment and have the skills and patience to make our pay practices understood.

What do we offer?

You will get a manager who encourages development, new learning and support employees who have ambitions. We are a global organization with many locations within the EU and you must therefore expect around 10–20 travel days per year.
