Overall, you will become part of our Group HR. Here you will more precisely join our Performance, Reward & Mobility Team, where you will work closely together with 4 great team members. You will also work extensively with the rest of the HR organization ensuring a common view on how we structure employees, jobs, and reward statistics.
The main purpose of this job is to ensure a fair pay to all white collars. This is to be achieved through a fair and understood pay positioning. This pay positioning should to a higher and higher degree be based on understood and accepted pay structures and performance-based merit regulations. The secondary purpose is to provide general support within the Reward area mostly regarding bonus and performance.
Ideally, you have experience from working with building job pay structures, conducting salary regulation, and implementing job classifications in an international business. You bring a lot of commitment and have the skills and patience to make our pay practices understood.
You will get a manager who encourages development, new learning and support employees who have ambitions.
We are a global organization and have many locations within EU and you must therefore expect around 10-20 travel days per year.
