Your New Role...

The Digital Revenue Senior Accountant will report to the Digital Revenue Manager. The Digital Revenue Senior Accountant will assist with month-end closing and monthly analytics of actual results. Successful Senior Accountants have a desire to gain a deep understanding of the business and have a customer service mindset towards the various Corporate Functions with whom there is regular interaction. Our team values recommendations on process improvements and standardization to gain greater efficiency and effectiveness within the finance organization. In this role, you should have a solid understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP.

Your Role Accountabilities…

1. Month end close activities, including preparation of complex journal entries and supporting documentation to ensure accurate reporting to the GL in the financial system (including project ledger)
2. Prepare account reconciliations, analysis, and certifications in the reconciliation system
3. Perform and assist with adhoc and/or special projects, as needed, but expected on a regular basis
4. Assist with various quarterly and Year End audit requests

Qualifications & Experience…

1. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required and a strong understanding of US GAAP (or IFRS), SOX requirements, and internal controls as required
2. Graduate in Finance, Accounting
3. ACCA qualification or Polish CA preferred (or equivalent)
4. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, highly organized
5. Excellent work habits, including initiative, independent problem-solving abilities and ownership of work product
6. Motivated by challenging, high-energy, flexible environment. Resilience and ability to work under conditions of pressure, adjust to urgent and changing situations and meet deadlines as required.
7. High Integrity team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with others and promote positive working relationships across the organization.
8. Ability to foster positive working relationships across the organization
9. Willing to embrace change and explore new ways of working as the company continuously improves its processes
10. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel in particular
11. Very good written and spoken English required
