Introduction

As a Senior Research Manager, you will be exposed to all facets of the research world and utilize your critical skill to challenge conventional research delivery processes.

You should have at least 6 years of experience working at a research agency, significant experience in coaching junior researchers on project deliverables. You will have excellent analytical skills, and have a track record in proactively driving the operational execution and innovation of global programmes. Fluency in English is paramount.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Research Manager to lead the coordination and strategic evolution of a high-profile tracking programme. This role blends project leadership with deep research understanding - ensuring operational excellence to deliver meaningful insights that shape client strategy.

You’ll be the linchpin between our internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring the tracker delivers value, clarity and impact. You’ll also mentor junior researchers and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve how we deliver insights.

Responsibilities

Project coordination

Oversee the full lifecycle of the tracker: fieldwork, data validation, coding, reporting and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with the team, PMs and Ops teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of reports.
Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements across the programme.
Facilitate coordination for ad hoc projects

Team Development & Best Practice

Coach and mentor junior researchers on both project delivery and research thinking.
Champion best practices in documentation, data handling and client communication.
Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

At least 6 years experience in quantitative studies in a research agency; ideally with continuous programmes
Strong operational/data knowledge, formal PM qualifications a plus. Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong relationships.
Comfortable navigating both operational detail and strategic conversations.
Ability to reach out to various people and departments to understand opportunities, raise concerns and find solutions in a harmonious and professional manner.
Excellent communications and documentation skills.
Experience with coaching and mentoring junior researchers on project management.
A curious and can-do attitude.
A passion for operational excellence and innovation.
Proficiency in English is a must.
