We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Performance Engineering Manager to lead high-impact teams focused on performance optimization, system tuning, and scalable validation at enterprise scale. In this role, you’ll drive comprehensive performance strategies—from deep profiling and low-level tuning to automation, self-service infrastructure, and customer-facing issue resolution. Drive emulation of customer use cases so that they can run as part of our continuous regression environments across all Splunk releases
# Encourage a data-driven culture to improve the performance, efficiency and scalability of services and systems to help scale the company.
# Daily management of objectives, priorities, trade offs, risk as well as performance management of all staff reporting to you.
# Provide technical leadership, career development, and mentoring to team members.

Cloud (AWS, GCP, and Azure) and Kubernetes Experience are required
