We’re looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. If you enjoy working across cloud and bare-metal systems, value pragmatic automation, and thrive in a small, high-impact team - this is for you.
As a Platform Engineer, youll be responsible for building and maintaining our hybrid infrastructure - a mix of AWS-based cloud workloads and on-prem systems. Youll help us scale our platform with Kubernetes (EKS), automate environments, improve security and observability, and support product engineering with robust tooling and deployment workflows.
This is a hybrid role - part-remote, part-on-site (Warsaw area). Youll join a team of 2 engineers, working closely with developer teams and the CTO.
Build and maintain infrastructure across AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, Aurora, Redis, CloudFront) and Proxmox VE/Backup .
Build and maintain internal developer platform (self-hosted Gitlab) , CI runners, CI pipelines and deployment automation
js applications.
✅ 3+ years in Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
~ Strong Linux fundamentals (Debian/Alpine).
~ Production-grade experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM, Cloud networking (VPC)).
~ Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
~ Collaborative mindset, autonomy in hybrid/remote work, and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience with Proxmox VE , custom hardware deployments, or hybrid cloud/on-prem setups.
Experience optimizing high-traffic web stacks (Rails/Nodejs) or performance-tuning Nginx/Passenger/Varnish.
You’ll work across the stack - from cloud architecture to deployment tooling.
