Project



The Execution & Delivery Unit is responsible for creating and implementing efficient, scalable, and repeatable release management processes for the majority of IT initiatives delivered to our Client. They ensure high-quality and secure implementations for payment platforms and applications (Cross-border & SWIFT) , always adhering to the Client’s standards. Their team collaborates with multiple stakeholders—such as other Release Managers, Test Managers, Product Owners, Execution Leads, Scrum Masters, and Operations teams—in order to secure a safe and successful delivery.



We are currently seeking an experienced Release Manager to join Execution & Delivery Unit and support the planning and successful delivery of new releases.



Expected competences and knowledge

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in release/deployment management (preferably in the banking sector).
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes under ITIL.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and planning skills.
• Extraordinary communication skills (verbal and written).
• High attention to detail, accountability, and proactivity.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours (evenings/weekends) for releases.
• Passion for working with Release Orchestration tools to create automated release pipelines.

What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications.
• Release and deployment planning and coordination of multiple parallel releases.
• Planning release go live and post-go-live activities.
• Planning, coordinating and tracking change activities throughout the release process.
• Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone.
• Planning and setting up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams.
• Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration.
