Obowiązki

• Being a part of a dynamic team in charge of all tax operational matters (FATCA, CRS, 871m, the French and Italian Financial Transaction Tax).
• Handling of tax reclaim files.
• Managing tax rules with different corporate actions events.
• Following account certification linked to tax rules.
• Reconciliation of IRS transaction notifications with data in booking applications.
• Assisting with manual accounting entries on certain transactions.
• Performing weekly and end-of-month checks as part of control processes.
• Carrying out manual eligibility procedures where automated tools are insufficient.
• Supporting the Front Office team with tax-related queries and specific trade matters.

Wymagania

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational or financial role.
• You have an academic degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field).
• You have practical knowledge and experience within financial markets, especially in tax operations area.
• You have gained experience in MS Office with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
• You can work independently as well as to coordinate the tasks and processes with other local and regional departments/teams.
• You are proficient in English (French is an asset).
• You possess high analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• You can effectively prioritize given tasks and manage deadlines.
