This position supports our recruitment processes across multiple departments such as IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Data & AI.

How You Will Create An Impact

• Own the entire recruiting process, from requirement analysis with departments to sourcing and closing candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on sustainable recruiting strategies and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders.
• Guide candidates through the full selection process as a trusted business partner.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Coresearch Cornerstone).
• Source talent via job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Collaborate with the HR team and C‑level executives to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international or professional services context.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office, especially Teams and Outlook.
• Strong ability to work independently, structured, yet flexible and organized.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution‑oriented approach, even under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Completed a degree in economics, psychology, human resource management, or a related field.
