As a Senior Recruiter for Operations, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the Operations department to deliver hiring excellence across 50+ entities worldwide. You’ll take ownership of business-critical roles, proactively build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective stakeholder engagement. With a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement, you’ll help ensure our Operations teams are equipped to scale and perform at their best.
Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Use data and metrics to track and optimize recruiting effectiveness.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex roles, from sourcing to closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Maintain a diverse talent pipeline and enhance employer branding.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
You have 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
You have proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies.
You have strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
You have excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills.
You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
