Currently, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our back‑office team. Your responsibilities
- Actively sourcing candidates through direct search and various platforms
- Analyzing CVs to ensure alignment with our recruitment requirements
- Conducting recruitment interviews (phone, online) and assessing candidates’ competencies
- Managing the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, clients, and Key Account Managers
- Managing talent pipelines proactively to meet current and future business needs
- Supporting junior recruiters by sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices to elevate overall team performance.
- Creating and posting job advertisements across various channels
- Maintaining and updating our candidate database
- Ensuring a 5‑star experience for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process ?
- Supporting our back‑office team in organizing events for our consultants and clients, as well as other initiatives that contribute to building our company culture.
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in successfully sourcing IT candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, clear, and concise content
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the IT field
- Proactive, independent, and solution‑oriented approach – you know how to prioritize and deliver results
- A hardworking, positive attitude with excellent time management skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Very good command of English
- Fluent Polish
