What You’ll Do

• Lead the full recruitment journey for salaried roles across DACH, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and welcoming new team members.
• Partner closely with business and HR leaders to co‑create recruitment strategies that align with company goals and culture.
• Build and nurture inclusive talent pipelines, connecting with exceptional candidates across markets and disciplines.
• Promote Goodyear’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in a compelling, authentic way to attract top talent.
• Ensure every candidate and hiring manager experience is thoughtful, seamless, and positive, handling communications and interview logistics with care.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring practices, processes, and outcomes.
• Contribute to regional and global initiatives that enhance recruitment technology, processes and team collaboration.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing your knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team thrive.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience managing international hiring across DACH markets.
• Confidence in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and guiding hiring decisions at all levels.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Passion for connecting people with meaningful work and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
• Insight into DACH cultural nuances, talent trends, and local hiring regulations.
• Energy, empathy, and adaptability to succeed in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
