We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter – Blue Collar Positions to lead high-volume recruitment initiatives for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce categories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and mobilizing blue-collar talent across industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, facilities management, oil & gas, and related sectors. This role requires expertise in bulk hiring, vendor coordination, field recruitment, and workforce planning while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for blue-collar roles (e.g., technicians, operators, drivers, helpers, machine operators, welders, electricians, plumbers, etc.) Handle bulk and mass hiring campaigns Develop effective sourcing strategies, including field hiring, job fairs, trade centers, local networks, and referral programs. Build and maintain a strong blue-collar talent pipeline Ensure timely closure of open positions within the agreed timeline Conduct interviews and initial assessments. Verify trade skills, certifications, and documentation. Ensure candidates meet compliance and safety standards Required qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to blue-collar Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, facilities, oil & gas, or similar sectors preferred.
