Location: Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, 2 days from the office weekly
Budget: 120 PLN/net/h + VAT - B2B

Team Setup: Full-stack team of 10 engineers (Frontend, Backend, QA, Scrum Master)
Project Goal: Migration of an existing platform (governing 2000+ models) from IBM OpenPages to a modern technology stack to meet regulatory requirements.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31.12.2025 (with a possibility of extension)
responsibilities :
Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable UIs using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern HTML/CSS
Apply best practices in state management using Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries
Contribute to a micro-frontend architecture, integrating with a microservices-based backend
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile environment
Participate in code reviews, contribute to UI consistency via component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design), and ensure clean, maintainable code
Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and frontend observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog)
requirements-expected :
4-6 years of experience withReact.js and solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/SASS/LESS and responsive design principles
Experience with micro-frontend architectures and modular application design
Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, or gRPC for backend integration
Awareness of CI/CD, Docker, and observability tools
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
