We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join a Poland-based team working on a critical platform migration for a global client. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-quality user interfaces in a modular architecture.

Project information:
- Location: Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, 2 days from the office weekly
- Budget: b2b: 120 PLN/net/h + VAT
- Project language: English
- Methodology: Scrum
- Team Setup: Full-stack team of 10 engineers (Frontend, Backend, QA, Scrum Master)
- Project Goal: Migration of an existing platform (governing 2000+ models) from IBM OpenPages to a modern technology stack to meet regulatory requirements.
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 31.12.2025 (with a possibility of extension)
Project scope:
- Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable UIs using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern HTML/CSS
- Apply best practices in state management using Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries
- Contribute to a micro-frontend architecture, integrating with a microservices-based backend
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile environment
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to UI consistency via component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design), and ensure clean, maintainable code
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and frontend observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog)
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience withReact.js and solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/SASS/LESS and responsive design principles
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures and modular application design
- Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, or gRPC for backend integration
- Awareness of CI/CD, Docker, and observability tools
Soft Skills:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience working inScrum or Kanban teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
