For our client, one of the Nordic region’s leading CRM providers, we are expanding and strengthening an existing team. We’re currently looking for a brilliant person for the CRM Platform team, their custom framework maintenance team. They build software features with reusable modules that their consultant colleagues use when customizing our products for our customers.
As a Senior React Developer, you will join a team of specialists from Sweden who develop an intelligent sales automation tool that utilizes prediction technology. It helps their end users find and communicate with their future customers more easily.
Stack: JavaScript, React, Next.js
responsibilities :
Closely collaborating with product management, internal stakeholders, and the CTO to make the right technical decisions.
Developing new features for a growing product and user base.
Continuously improving and optimizing existing features through analysis and monitoring.
Enhancing team efficiency by experimenting with technologies, processes, tooling, and the delivery pipeline.
Maintaining high code quality standards and ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Strong expertise in React (Next.js is a plus).
Agile mindset (experience with standups, retrospectives, and planning).
Experience working in production environments.
Experience with migration projects.
Speak and write English and Polish fluently.
