Senior R2R Specialist – ArcelorMittal Long Carbon LATAM

ArcelorMittal BCOE is seeking a Senior R2R Specialist to support the financial planning & analysis functions within the Segment Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform general ledger (GL) entries.
• Gather and input data for GL processes.
• Report on financial statements.
• Analyze vendors, customers and GL accounts on an ad‑hoc basis.
• Prepare management and ad‑hoc reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar independent position.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Strong SAP and Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of a European language is an asset.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model – office in Dąbrowa Górnicza one day per week.
