What we expect

• Higher education in Business Administration/Accounting/ Finance or relevant,
• Previous experience in RTR accounting in an international environment,
• Fluent English and French (at least on a B2 level),
• SAP/Oracle/Dynamics skills,
• MS Office skills,
• Analytic skills and ability to effectively cooperate within and outside of the team.

Your tasks

• Ensure accurate General Ledger postings and compliance with Financial Reporting
  Guidelines and local GAAP,
• Investigate and resolve G/L discrepancies and manage cost allocations for project
  accounting,
• Oversee project costing, delivery note management, and bank reconciliations,
• Handle fixed asset management, VAT processing, and account reconciliations,
• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting,
• Prepare financial statements and maintain internal control compliance,
• Address RTR issues and provide expert support for accounting queries,
• Collaborate across SSC teams and regional/country departments,
• Conduct analytical reviews and offer accounting guidance to enhance operations,
• Drive finance-related change initiatives,
• Support the O2C process in a limited capacity.
