Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated professional to coordinate and support quality-related activities across our organization. This role involves managing customer complaints, driving continuous improvement projects, supporting audits and certifications, and maintaining our Quality Management System. How Youll Make Impact

• Coordinate the collection, assigning and follow up of internal and external customer complaint cases
• Coordinate the resolution of complaint cases across the value chain (customer, technical support, after sales, failure analytics)
• Support the organization to manage quality issues and to lead quality improvement activities when required
• Coordinate, report and analyze opportunities from the cost of poor quality (COPQ) reporting and other metrics as inputs to our process owners and improvement projects
• Lead quality improvements or process development projects as part of our continuous improvement program
• Assist, plan and execute internal audits
• Provide support for external certifications, customer, and supplier audits
• Maintenance and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS)

Your Background

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Solid technical understanding of RTU (Remote Terminal Units) products. Protection relays and knowledge of Wireless communication products is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in customer support services, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
• Prior experience working in international and matrix organizations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.
