Join us as a Quality Manager and take responsibility for managing and developing a small, dedicated team. You will be hands‑on on the shop floor, making operational decisions and directly impacting product quality.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement the plant’s quality strategy in line with industry standards and customer expectations
• Lead the Quality team – motivate, train, plan tasks, and evaluate performance
• Oversee quality processes at every stage of production – from incoming materials to finished products
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects
• Analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in internal and external audits, maintaining quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Logistics teams on process changes and new projects
• Conduct root cause analyses and solve problems using 8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, and FMEA
• Support supplier quality management and material inspections

What We Expect

• Technical university degree (Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred)
• Experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry and desire to step into a leadership role
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Pareto, Ishikawa, 5WHY)
• Solid understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
• Good English for everyday communication
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and hands‑on approach on the shop floor
