Scope of Responsibilities:
- Achieving company quality objectives and leading continuous improvement projects (process optimization, internal quality, delivery quality, complaint turnaround time).
- Managing customer delivery quality, handling customer complaints, and providing support in case of quality issues.
- Analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality KPIs and maintaining achieved performance standards.
- Participating in new product introduction projects, including quality risk assessment and preparation of quality documentation.
- Supervising control and testing systems for serial production.
- Collaborating with suppliers and participating in activities related to the quality of incoming materials and components.
Requirements: - University degree in electronics, engineering, or quality management.
- Practical knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies: 8D, 5Why, PDCA, DMAIC.
- Knowledge of Lean Management tools and principles.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, APQP/PPAP.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Independence, proactivity, and strong ownership in daily tasks.
