Senior QA Software Engineer
We seek an experienced Senior QA Software Engineer to join our Internet of Things development team. The successful applicant will work on a Cloud-based software platform to create a connected install base comprising of customer-owned instruments across all product groups.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with various teams across the globe to understand the requirements.
Plan, develop, execute tests, and track test activities, adhering to timeline and quality.
Participates in discussions and reviews of test plans, procedures, and software requirements.
Develop and execute automated and manual test cases based on analyzed requirements and overall test strategy.
Report errors in the bug tracking tool and track the issues to closure, incl. support of defect investigation, validating defect fixes, and analyzing the impact of fixes.
Timely and accurately communicate the status of the project to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with the software development team, the functional manager, the product manager, and distributed cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and schedule goals.
Prepare appropriate documentation as required by internal product development processes and regulatory agencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 3-4 years of experience.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and related tools.
Experience in requirement gathering and deducing test scenarios.
Experience with AWS DevOps or equivalent, and with Test Management Tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
