We’re hiring a QA Lead to elevate and own our quality assurance strategy across multiple product teams. This role will lead a team of QA engineers in ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of our web-based manufacturing solutions. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define scalable testing practices, introduce and evolve automation frameworks, and integrate quality seamlessly into our agile development lifecycle. You’re not just testing code—you’re building confidence in our software and culture of quality. Lead the QA process across multiple teams and applications Mentor and manage a small team of QA engineers, supporting their growth and enabling high performance Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tooling (e.g., 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 1 year in a QA leadership role
