We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our client. Were building a self-hosted SaaS platform for highly regulated and air-gapped environments. As a Senior QA Engineer, youll ensure our product is reliable, reproducible, and battle-tested in the same conditions our customers operate in.
This role is key to ensuring SaaS+ delivers cloud-speed reliability on-premise, by validating every release under real-world constraints before it reaches our customers

responsibilities :
Representative environments - Build and maintain testbeds that mirror customer environments (air-gap, restricted networks, specific Kubernetes/OS versions)
Version validation - Systematically test new platform and content versions across these environments, covering installation, upgrade, rollback, and offline update flows
Integration with the QA team - Work closely with the wider QA group to raise quality standards across the company, championing reproducibility, automation, and customer-centric testing
Lifecycle assurance - Validate the full update pipeline (installer, upgrade, content bundles, debug toolkit) to ensure operators can succeed without direct vendor help.
requirements-expected :
Experience with QA for distributed, container-based platforms (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker)
Hands-on skills in environment automation (IaC, CI/CD pipelines, reproducible test clusters)
A strong focus on automation, reproducibility, and operator experience
