You will find our office in central Warsaw, making it easy to get to. The position is primarily office-based, with the possibility of occasional remote work. What you’ll achieve As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer’s business goals, needs, and general business environment, with a focus on AI-driven software solutions. You will contribute to designing intelligent systems that leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to improve software quality and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities Responsible for the test strategy design, test case development, automation, and maintenance of data recovery software for Dell’s storage product in a scrum team-oriented environment, with a focus on AI-enhanced testing methodologies Contribute to the test-driven software design and architecture of new features according to the product manager and customer’s requirements Build and review technical and/or user documentation as needed Develop tools to improve test efficiency, such as AI-driven test case generators or automated test integration/execution systems Triage and debug different issues found by testing and in customer cases, leveraging AI-based root-cause analysis tools for complex system-level software. Our requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3 years programming skills in Perl, Python, SQL, and REST API. Knowledge and expertise in the following areas are plus: storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI), storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, OSD, snapshot, replication), networking, device drivers, clustering, etc. Experience in test strategy design, test case design, implementation, and automation, with a focus on AI/ML integration. Experience in bugging for complicated system-level software, including AI-driven diagnostics.
