Design and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to verify the accuracy and efficiency of new software releases and product enhancements in capital market applications. Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and product owners to ensure the QA process integrates seamlessly into the software development lifecycle. Manage test environments, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and execution of tests in a secure and regulated environment. Provide mentorship to junior QA engineers, guiding them through best practices, processes, and methodologies within the capital markets domain. Conduct performance, stress, and regression testing on trading, risk management, and financial transaction systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial standards through thorough QA testing. requirements-expected : 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA and testing within the financial or capital markets domain. Strong proficiency in writing and executing automated and manual tests for complex financial systems. In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle, with a focus on Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams. Proven experience in risk-based testing and prioritizing tests based on business needs and regulatory requirements.
