about-project :


  • For one of our clients, we are looking for Senior QA Engineer. The project focuses on building a cloud-native trading platform to support global investment banking activities. Developed in partnership with fintech specialists, the platform is based on a unified global codebase and user interface, enabling fast delivery of new features, simplified maintenance, and seamless scalability across markets.
  • It provides capabilities for trading, corporate finance, and transaction banking, serving as a core element in the modernization of the bank’s technology landscape. The goal of the project is to create a flexible, efficient, and future-ready solution that enhances operational speed, reliability, and overall user experience.
  • Work mode is 3 days remote and 2 days in the Warsaw office (client office)

responsibilities :


  • Perform functional, non-functional, and regression testing of the FX trading platform.
  • Develop and execute API test cases to validate backend services and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
  • Create reusable and maintainable test scenarios for API testing within existing and new frameworks.
  • Create and manage test cases in Xray integrated with Jira, maintaining traceability to requirements and ensuring coverage across UI and API layers.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the Scrum process.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, API, and integration testing.
  • Regularly review test execution results and coverage reports in Xray/Jira to verify alignment with project objectives.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to the existing test framework and test suites.

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on QA experience, ideally within FX trading environments (if no FX experience, strong banking domain background is highly valued; QA expertise is a must)
  • Expertise in manual testing and solid understanding of test design techniques.
  • Practical experience with API testing and automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Xray for Jira, including API integration for automated test result uploads.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • English min. B2+/C1
