Join a team developing a modern, multi-module, responsive B2B2C web application supporting the daily operations of hotels and accommodation providers – including reservations, invoicing, payments, and guest communication.

Newly developed module focused on managing premium services and activities (e.g. SPA, horseback riding, wellness rituals).

Senior QA Engineer - 0,5 FTE Short Term

Your responsibilities

• Perform manual testing (regression and exploratory) for a new module in a web application.
• Test and document API integrations, including online payment services.
• Create and maintain QA documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases).
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams in an agile (Scrum) environment.
• Support the QA process throughout the entire development lifecycle – from requirement analysis to final testing.
• Communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, report, and suggest improvements to product quality and testing processes.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Strong experience in manual testing – including regression and exploratory testing.
• Good knowledge of API testing practices and tools (Postman, Swagger, API logs).
• Familiarity with GitHub and basic understanding of TypeScript.
• Experience testing payment integrations (e.g., Stripe or similar).
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation.
• Experience working in Scrum teams and product-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to maintaining and improving QA processes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with API test automation.
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry, or with booking, loyalty, or payment systems.
• Ability to write and maintain tests that evolve with the product.
• Experience in long-term projects for clients (ideally in a software house environment).
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and influence product decisions.
